The Barn Loft
The Barn Loft (303C Long Beach Ave. Rt. 1A, York Beach, Maine) is located behind the Sea Spray, is a single upstairs unit which has a deck the length of the front of the cottage with an ocean view. This unit has two bedrooms (one bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a double and single bed) accommodating up to five people.
This unit has a living-dining area, a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms. (There is an AC in this unit.) There is also a day bed in the living room. The kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker along with a Keurig, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, and all your eating and cooking utensils. We do not provide bedding. (You must bring your own blankets, sheets and towels.) Free Wi-Fi is available. There is TV with free streaming services, including local channels.

On Season
6/28 - 8/30 ~ $1,995 plus tax and $200 cleaning fee
Off Season 5/24 - 6/21, 8/30 - 9/20 ~ $1,715 plus tax and $200 cleaning fee
The Barn Loft is limited to 5 people or less
Parking is limited to ONE vehicle
