The Sea Bright
The Sea Bright cottage is located directly across the street from Long Sands Beach, 303A Long Beach Ave, Rt. 1A,York Beach, Maine.The Sea Bright has a front porch complete with rockers and an eating area which overlooks the ocean and Long Sands Beach. This unit accommodates up to eight people (6 adults and two children) in two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds. Both bedrooms have AC. The living room has a queen size sleep sofa and AC.
This unit has a living-dining area, a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. The kitchen has an eating area, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker along with a Keurig, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, and all your eating and cooking utensils.We do not provide sheets and towels. (You must bring your own.) We do provide a top quilt and one blanket per bed. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is TV with free streaming services, including local channels.
Weekly Rates 2025
On Season 6/28 - 8/30 ~ $3,350 plus tax and $200 cleaning fee
Pre-Season 6/21-6/28 ~$3,150 plus tax and $200 cleaning fee
Off Season 5/24 - 6/21, 8/30 - 920 ~$2,345 plus tax and $200 cleaning fee
The Sea Bright is limited to 8 people or less
Parking is limited to Two Vehicles
