Reservation Information
To Make a Reservation at Sea Spray Cottages...
- The best way to make a reservation is to email vacation@seaspraycottages.com anytime or call evenings between 6PM and 9PM.

- If you are unable to reach us when you call, please leave a message
and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- You may also request more information or make a reservation by email.
We check our email daily and will get back to you within 24 hours to let you know if the week and cottage that you are interested in is available.
- Since we do not accept credit cards, we will hold your
phone or email reservation without a deposit for one week from
the date you contacted us.
- You must send us a deposit of $250 (check or money order) per
week reserved within one week from the date you made your reservation.
The deposit must be mailed with a filled out and signed Reservation
form.
- The $250 deposit is non-refundable.
- The balance plus Maine State Rental Tax (7%) is due upon your arrival.
- Check in is Saturdays between 2PM and 5PM.
(If you can not arrive on Saturday during that time, you must send us the total due at least two weeks prior to your arrival.)
