Weekly Summer Rentals

Our cottages have been family owned and operated since 1950. We are located at the southern end of Long Sands Beach, 303 Long Beach Ave. (Route 1A), York Beach , Maine. Our section of the beach is a gentle sloping tidal beach, great for swimming, sunbathing and tide pooling. The Sea Spray Cottages are best suited for small families who want to get away for a casual relaxing vacation. We have six units in four cottages for rent. Each apartment accommodates up to four or six people, depending on which one you choose.
All units have a living-dining area, bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with electric stove, frig. microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, and all your eating and cooking utensils. We provide blankets and pillows. (You must bring your own sheets and towel.) There is a TV in each unit with cable hook up channels two to twenty two. |

The Sea BrightThe Sea Bright, located directly across from the beach, has two units. The upstairs unit has a front porch complete with rockers and an eating area which overlooks the beach. This units accommodates up to six people in two bedrooms. The Beach PlumThe Beach Plum is located directly behind the Sea Bright. It has a downstairs unit which has two bedrooms, one bedroom has twin beds and the other has a double bed. There is a sleep sofa in the living room. The BarnThe Barn, located behind the Sea Spray, is a single upstairs unit which has a deck the length of the front of the cottage that has a great view of Nubble Lighthouse. This unit has two bedrooms (one bedroom has a double bed and the other has a double and single bed) accommodating up to five people. |

The Sea SprayThe Sea Spray (down) is located on the lower floor of our cottage. The entrance is at the rear of the building where there is a covered outdoor eating area. This unit has one bedroom with a double bed, another room with a high riser bed which can be made up as two separate beds or one queen size bed, and there is a sleep sofa in the living room. This unit will accommodate up to five people. (One of these five people must be a child, otherwise we will accept up to 4 people in this unit.) |
